How do you change the words "Task successfully completed" after the forms have been completed by the client? I'd like to change it to "Thank you for your feedback".

@ky1117sg while you cannot currently change the text of the default submit page for tasks, you can redirect the user after the submission using the Action Panel configuration:

Is there any way to attach the response in the submission form as a URL parameter, so that the page you are redirected to can be modified based on how the user responded?
