Hi I am trying to retrieve a respondent name/email from the flow but it seems not working if the task is assigned to a user outside of the tenant. But not quite sure if that is the reason. Thanks.

Hi
When you disable Assignee authentication to allow user outside of your the tenant to reply to Task Assign, you can only retrieve the respondent email when using Express Approval.

When you are using Task Form for Approval with Assignee authentication disabled, there is no value assign to the Task Responder.
