In Nintex Workflow Cloud, is there a way to rename and change the email of a user in the ‘User management’ section? We had a user get married and want to keep their existing submissions, drafts, and permissions associated with their new email.

Yes, we have SSO set up. But we don’t control of the mail system. That’s why we can’t just create a temp email with the old email address and log in with it. :(

You should be able to change the users email in your IdP and it will update in Nintex Workflow.

Our users are based out of Active Directory. After updating the email there, logging into Nintex with the new email created a new user. So now both emails are in Nintex. It’s as if Nintex is using the email as the unique identifier for the user.
