why the pictures doesn’t appear in the forms since 10 days and it was working fine before.
I’m using google drive, if there is alternative solution to upload a picture in the form please let me know

Afraid Google Drive does not surface images stored in drive as web enabled images,

It is advised to use another image hosting option ideally a web location or another service like imgur if it is not sensitive.
