Nintex workflow cloud - Task form

Hi Forum, 

We are using Nintex workflow cloud - modern task form, where the users enters values in number box ( form control value). We are facing a issue here - The form control value is returning empty while assigning the form control value to a form variable for Europe users some times. 

Need help to solve this

Just to clarify​​​​

  • Users have entered some numbers into a number field and when the form is submitted, the control is return empty or null value.
  • This is occurring [ always / occasionally ] for Europe users only.
  • Are there any rules or validation for the number field?
  • Can you share the number control setting?
  • Can you share some example screenshots?
