Our Nintex users from China recently found that when they would like to access Nintex form or Nintex dashboard page, the web responded very slowly or even failed to access (as below picture).
Some IT member pressed F12 and detected error happening at nintex-portal.auth0.com, so we’re wondering if Nintex was blocked by China firewall. For other countries, there’s nothing happens.
Can you help us to reach out other users or provide some links to make sure? Or maybe we can consider to change our domain name to avoid any DNS censorship in China.
