nintex cloud form html not rendering on safari on ipad

Hi

In Safari and Chrome on ipad, the HTML tags in a rich text box are not rendering and are displaying in the rich text field. 

Is there a way to get the html to render correctly?

Hi @harfmt1 , 

 

i just tested it on my iphone/ipad you are right, the RichText Feature is not available on mobile browser, please check with support if this is a bug.

Thanks @bamaeric I had read that. I couldn’t find anything specific to my issue. I’ve checked safari settings on an iphone to see if there is something there that needs to be enabled, and I couldn’t see anything that seemed to apply to this particular problem.
