NAC Task Form Language Default Setting

I am not able to choose german as a default language for a Task-Form in a “Assign a task to multiple users”-Action.As you see here:

The regional setting from this related Form is set to german.

Our global language settings having english as the default and I cannot change this because we live in a multi language environment:

Is that a bug or am I miss something?

Probably just have to mark the German Translation of the form as complete before you can set it as the default translation:
