We’re excited to announce our new Forms and Tables integration.

Introducing Table Forms — a powerful new feature that brings the full strength of Nintex Forms directly into your tables. For the first time, you can design, capture, and store form submission straight into a table — no workflow required.

What You Can Do with Table Forms:

  • Design Forms that are directly integrated and mapped to your tables
  • Submit Forms with a seamless experience — data is saved instantly to your table
  • Control Form Access with permissions for viewing, editing, and managing submissions
  • Trigger Workflows automatically from new or updated form submissions using the new table start event.
  • Viewing form submissions via the table.

This is a game-changer for form-driven processes — faster, simpler, and more connected than ever.

What’s Next? We Are Just Getting Started

  • Coming soon
    • Edit Forms submission through the new Forms View in Tables.
    • Manage Forms in one place — participants can now access all their submissions in My Nintex.
  • Repeating section, File Upload & more controls.
  • Seamless External Access - Allow external users to fill out form via a URL.
  • Design your form first — and let the table structure build itself automatically.

Hi there, just started the trial today. It was looking good in NAC, however I am now having an issue in Nintex Apps and I wonder if the TableForms update is the cause.

I can’t seem to connect to any data tables for any New Models. And when I log into Nintex Apps I get this error:

1. Request to connection "SkuidDataService" failed: Internal Server Error

Can you please advise if the two could be related? Thank you.

  • UPDATE: Thanks for getting in touch Pawan. It looks like the issue was something else (I had created some multi-select columns in a table that Nintex Apps had trouble pulling into a model).

Hi @FranF, Thanks for using Table forms and also raising this issue. As per our email conversation, this seems unrelated to Table Forms however please let us know further details so we can help resolve the issue you are facing with data tables on Nintex Apps.
