Is it possible to get multiple columns using Execute Query commands in Nintex Workflow Cloud?

I m using Nintex Workflow Cloud workflow to get data from MySQL. When I am using Select query, I can able to get only one column from "Column to retreive" per execute. Is it possible to get multiple columns like "Name, Phone Number" etc in single Execute Query?
