How to create NWC form where the form is to be completed within a known amount of time using a timer.

I have a request to create a practice test that is also a timed test. Requirements

1. A start test button on a parent page that will launch the form that is now on a timer. Test is to timeout at the end of 30 minutes
   1. At this point I will have customer answer a series of questions
      1. Each question will be associated with a number for a correct answer and zero for incorrect
   2. Sum up ongoing what is the total sum of correct and incorrect answers
   3. Form is to give a reminder you have one minute before the form is to auto submit
   4. Upon submission send notification emails to customer / trainers the percentage of correct answers along with questions posed and answers they gave (each question will have radio buttons for options to choose from / only one option can be selected as an answer for that question)
2. After test is timed out return customer back to parent page from where they started the test
3. Results for each test to be recorded onto a SharePoint list the NAC workflow/form will be pinned to.
