did the feature get deprecated? don’t see under workflows. still see extensions

Got it resolve in a way. Apparently, we don’t have the license to use it.

Make sure form plugins are enabled in the tenant settings.

In Form Settings. there are only Custom CSS, Language translation and Form access

and it was enable before for the js-insert

Do you have the Administrator role for the tenant?
