In DocGen, I created a email to go to a list of people. One of the email addresses has a & symbol: emea.o&C.commercial@marriott.com.  When the email sends from the system, it changes the email to emea.o&c.commercial@marriott.com and the email comes back undeliverable.

How can I fix this?  Or is ‘&’ not usable?

Hi @SheilaL,

The email standard does allow  & to be used in the local part of an email address (the bit before the @) but a lot of email providers will reject the email such as Gmail. It is best to avoid the symbol where possible.
You could try using quotes around the local part and see of that helps “emea.o&C.commercial”@marriott.com
