Hello Nintex Community,

We’re excited to share some big news: a brand-new learning experience is on its way! Nintex University is moving to a new Learning Management System (LMS) designed to make your learning journey smoother, smarter, and more impactful. Our goal? To help you accelerate product adoption, build skills faster, and get more value from the Nintex Platform.

🗓️ Key Dates & Restricted Access Period

This transition is a significant step forward for Nintex University, but it also means we need to move a huge amount of data securely and accurately to our new platform. To ensure your learning history, records, and profile details are preserved without errors, we will be conducting a full-scale data migration. To make this happen, we’ll enter a restricted access period starting September 17, 2025, and ending with the launch of our new LMS on October 2, 2025.

During this time:

  • Access will be restricted to ensure data integrity.
  • No new users can be created.
  • No new enrollments can be made in courses, learning paths, or certifications.

Consider this the final stretch before we open the doors to your upgraded learning environment, like carefully packing up and moving into a newly designed home. We’re taking every precaution to ensure everything you’ve worked for at Nintex University comes with you intact and ready to go on day one.

📦 What’s Moving (and What’s Not)

We’re moving your user profiles and enrollment data to our new platform, which are two key pieces of information that directly affect your learning experience. Please keep this in mind as we complete the transition:

  • ✅ All completed courses, learning paths, and certifications will be migrated.
  • ❌ All in-progress courses, learning paths, or certifications will not be migrated; we recommend completing them before September 17.
  • ✅ All active user profiles (used/accessed within the past 24 months) will be migrated.
  • ❌ All inactive user profiles (not used/accessed within the past 24 months) will not be migrated.

💡 Action Needed: If you haven’t activated your Nintex University profile or logged in within the last 24 months, please sign in before September 17, 2025, to ensure your profile and learning history are moved to the new platform. Inactive profiles older than 24 months will not be migrated.

Hi ,   would like to understand what the expectation is for those of us who have URLs in local training material to Nintex University courses .    Are URLS likely to be preserved / redirected to courses in the new system ?

Hi @ClaireT , Thank you for reaching out with this important question. We’ll be sharing our next communication next week, which will include an FAQ that specifically covers this topic.

To give you an answer now: Unfortunately, during LMS migrations, redirect links between platforms are not supported. This means that existing Nintex University course URLs will not automatically carry over to the new system. That said, we’ll work closely with customers to help identify and update links to ensure minimal disruption to training plans and materials.
