Issue
A workflow instance hits an error as soon as it is started. The issue happens whenever the Email Reminder settings are modified when a new version of the workflow is deployed. One of the units in the setting was coming through as blank and not 0.
Error Code
Cannot convert value '' to Int32.
Resolution
As a workaround, you may type in 0 for the units you will not be using when you need to edit the Email Reminder settings on your workflow.
