Found the cause. It is because the filter in Worklist has setting that filters out some records. After I set the correct setting, the Worklist can load the record.
+4- The task role member contains: ‘K2:YANG\k2itdh01’
- When I use that account to login, I cannot find the task in ‘Worklist’.
Can you compare what the “Destination” looks like in K2 Management for the tasks that do appear on the worklist? We can try to narrow down what is different between the tasks that seem to work and those that do not.
