how do I change the properties of status from the back end?

and how do we see the logics running behind the k2 tool?

 @Sneh bharti Looks like your question is on a workflow in K2 Cloud. This is the RPA channel for botflows/wizards.  And please add more details on the intended outcome/use case and what you are running into.  That would help the forum members to give you a variety of solutions.
