Nintex K2 Cloud

Do any of you have successful stories with being able to build a connector between K2 Cloud and ServiceNow so ServiceNow can be leveraged in K2 workflows? Would be interested to hear how that was done if you are wiling to share. Thanks.

I want to give a pre-thank you for anyone that helps me on this.  In a k2 workflow, I have a Create Reference flow point for a smart object using the Get List Items method. I am trying to filter and retrieve all records for "today and the past 7 days",  and I cant seem to figure out the logic of filtering data for a date field.

It seems as though in the old days, you could add a line to the config file to allow a list view to say  "Page 2 of 5" instead of just "Page 2"  is there any way that we're aware of to do this in Cloud?  Or any kind of jquery type work around that someone has come up with?   Thanks, Rob 

I am creating some SmartObject Odata API. When I consumed some API from Postman, the error was prompted "An error has occurred." without any details. It is difficult to investigate what is the issue. Anybody knows the way to export more details of error (inner exception) from API response for me to understand what is the issues are facing Thanks,Joseph

I have an email step that I am going to be putting the name and email of the person assigned to the task. I have the info of the person who opens the task stored in a smart object. Our Users and Groups are stored in AAD. There will be 2 groups of people who will be working on the tasks. For one of these groups I would like to mask their information and replace their name and email with something else. All of the people will be part of one AAD group. All users in this group will be masked with the same thing. How do I check if a user is in a specific group from a workflow?  For example:Group 1: Jeff, Jim;  Group 2: Bob, BillyEmail:    this is a test email-   Person Assigned: <Display Name>   Person Email: <Email>  In the workflow I want to check if the person is part of group 2 and instead of showing their email (Bob@company.com) I want to show (Group2@company.com ). So if the person is Jeff it will show Jeff and Jeff@company.com and if the person is Bob (since Bob is in Gro

Do we have any option to trim the List view global search textbox. Because user can copy the values from excel ,in this case few values are added with space at the end or at the front of the search value. How to trim the lead and trial space ,do we have any option?

Unfortunately, i have to populate a autocomplete form field on a form with several hundred choices.  The form contains 10 of the same autocomplete form field, with the same data source on each. It takes a long time to populate each autocomplete form field. Does anyone know a good way to handle this? Here is the use case:  The information is for an Accounts Payable workflow where accountants put an invoice in for review and payment approval.  The users can apply each AP invoice up to 10 GL Accounts.  This is a 4 segment numeric code separated by dashes.   All 10 form fields can add one of these 4 segment numeric codes.  Here is a screenshot.  - User types in the autocomplete, and it populates the text field below with the data.  (this is so that accountant can just type 'rent', and it finds the GL account) 

Hi.I'm new to K2 and have been tasked with building a wire-frame for a health care ordering portal. My plan is to define three SmartBox SmartObjects, Patient, Doctor and Test. These would each be 1-1 children of the parent Advanced SmartBox SmartObject called eOrder.I've been able to link the SmartObjects via the GUID of each child SmartObject in the Parent SmartObject and have a form that allows me to create eOrders.What I am trying to do now is create a list-view based on the parent smart-object that displays values from each of the child SmartObjects. So containing fields similar to the following: OrderNo | Patient.Name | Patient.DOB | Clinician.Name | Test.Name| as an example. I've managed to add LoadPatient/Clinician/Test methods to the eOrder SmartObject and can display a single field value from the child SmartObjects in the Parent SmartObject List View but I am unable to display more than one field from the child Object in the Parent Objects List View.  I'm trying to take a modu

Hi All, Is there any documentation available to refer do's & Don't in K2 Cloud for UI/UX design?

We recently had a fruitful meeting with a customer who is evaluating K2 Cloud.They have an existing Azure subscription and they are currently using it as AD.They are also going to use it to host their SQL database through Azure SQL Database service. However they are concerned about securing their data while in transit from our K2 Cloud to their Azure SQL database cloud. I did some research on this and found that we can secure the connection through the following methods: Allow access to Azure services – accept incoming traffic only from Azure IPs and subnets IP address whitelisting – requires a static IP address from us (K2 Cloud) VNet to VNet VPN – most secure according to this article from MS My questions are: For option 2, I’d like to confirm if we can provide a static IP address for K2 Cloud (I read that we can here)? For option 3, I’d like to confirm if we can configure K2 Cloud for cloud to cloud data connection via Site-to-Site VPN, given of course that the customer already has
