Question

Identify where a table is referenced

Hello,

I have recently inherited a K2 application.  I have a database with 15 views copied to a K2 database.  I think some of them are not being used, but I have no easy way to prove or disprove my theory.  Does anyone know of a way to search through objects to see if they reference a specific table or view?  Even a data source would be helpful.

Thank you,

Chris

Try using the Package and Deployment tool:

https://help.nintex.com/en-US/k2cloud/userguide/current/Content/PackageAndDeploy/Package-and-Deploy.htm

Create a package and select the views in the questions, if you know the related form and workflows, select those too.  Or if they all appear to be in a folder, select the folder.

Use the include all dependencies option and you can use the result to see what depends on what or is used by what.
