Workflow Stops At Nintex Live DocuSign Action

Issue

After adding and configuring the Nintex Live DocuSign action, the workflow never progresses and the document is never uploaded to DocuSign.

Resolution

1. Check the current build of Nintex Workflow for SharePoint.
2. If the build is older than 3.1.3.0, the product will need to be updated as DocuSign actions were not supported until that release. To update to the latest build of Nintex Workflow, follow the steps in the Product Update Process documentation.
