Issue
Workflow Copying List Items with Attachments fails with the following error: "Failed to Copy Item. User cannot be found"
Resolution
Verify that the attachments were not created by a user that is no longer in Active Directory.
Additional Information
This error occurs due to the attachment on the item having been created by a user that is no longer able to be resolved.
