Issue
When attempting to upload a new license the following error occurs: A Database Update is required before you can import a subscription license
Resolution
1) Navigate to Central Admin>Nintex Workflow Management>Database Setup
2) In the message that there is a Database Update Available click the link to upgrade the database
3) Navigate back and import the license
