Issue
When a Nintex form is submitted from Desktop or Mobile not all the metadata shows on the SharePoint List.
Resolution
In most cases this issue occurs because there are two controls on the form that are bound to the same SharePoint column.
The first control will update the SharePoint column with the metadata but if the second control is empty it will then clear the SharePoint column.
Making sure only one control on the form is bound to each SharePoint column resolves the issue.

This resolution applies for SharePoint on-premise and O365. This resolution also applies for forms that are being submitted from the Nintex Mobile or App Studio apps.
