Issue
When replying to a Lazy Approval using Outlook Web Access for Microsoft Exchange 2013 in Google Chrome, question marks ("??") might appear before the text "approve" or "reject".
Resolution
In the lazy approval settings add the following phrases:
- ?approve. ? approved , ? reject, ? rejected.

This issue is with the compatibility of Chrome and the Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2013. It inserts ? before the text.
