Unable to open Nintex forms designer from the flexi task action

Issue

Unable to open Nintex forms designer from the flexi task action. When clicking on the icon to open Nintex forms designer from the action configuration nothing happens 

 

Resolution

  1. From Site Settings > Site Features;  Deactivate “Nintex Workflow 2013” feature 
  2. From the root site go to site setting and then Site collection features and deactivate all the Nintex Workflow and Forms features 
  3. Now activate the Nintex Workflow features first and then the Nintex Forms features
