Issue
The Terminate Workflow action does not appear in the action toolbox in the Nintex Workflow designer.
Resolution
The Terminate Workflow action will only appear in the Toolbox of the Nintex Workflow designer while creating a list workflow.
The action will not appear in the toolbox while creating any other type of workflow like a Site or Reusable workflow template workflow.

Additional Information
To terminate workflows from a workflow that that does not allow this action it is recommended that the Nintex Web Service is used with one of the three methods to terminate workflows. http://<site>/_vti_bin/NintexWorkflow/Workflow.asmx
