Site Collection features activation show all $Resource names

Issue

After activating the Nintex Workflow Site Collection features, they are displaying with the resource tags.

Site Collection Features:
$Resource:NWResource,SiteCollectionFeature_Title;

Site Features:
$Resources:NWWebResources,_CustomAction_NW_SiteSettings_Gallery

Resolution

Redeploy the nintexworkflow2013.wsp and then re-activate the Web Application feature.

1. Go to: Central Administration > System Settings > Manage Farm Solutions
2. Redeploy the "nintexworkflow2013.wsp", this should be deployed globally.
3. Go to: Central Administration > Nintex Workflow Management > Web Application Activation
4. Reactivate the web application for content web applications.

This is caused by missing resources files, deployed by the nintexworkflow2013.wsp.
