ISSUE

Workflow instance fails with the error:

System.Activities.Statement.WorkflowTerminatedException: Error Code: -2146232060, Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException, Message: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131904

-2146232060, Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException, Message: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131904

RESOLUTION

Please open a support ticket with Microsoft SharePoint Online support, as this issue will fall outside the control of Nintex on the SharePoint Online platform.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This error is caused by a failure within the SQL database system of the SharePoint Online environment.
