SharePoint 2013 help instead of Nintex Forms Help displayed when using the Nintex help button in a Spanish language enabled site

Issue

There’s a problem with Nintex Forms and Spanish language pack. The help associated with Nintex Forms is not displaying correctly. Instead the Nintex Forms Help it’s showing the SharePoint 2013 usual help

This is a known issue and is under investigation.
