Issue
In Nintex Workflow 2010 the Set Item Permission for a second time gave the error message "An Item with the same Key has already been added"
Resolution
This is a known issue for Nintex Workflow 2010 and the issue has been resolved in product version 2.4.8.0
You will need to update Nintex workflow to product version 2.4.8.0 or higher
