Scroll Bar Missing From Custom Master Page in Designer

Issue

When using Nintext Workflow for SharePoint 2010 and launching the designer with a custom master page, the scroll bar might be missing.

Resolution

1. Check master page settings.
2. Remove master page or create new site with default master page.
3. Test to see if scroll bar works.
4. No master page in place, scroll bar shows and functions.
5. Check dom settings from within Master page settings.
