Issue
?When using a hyperlink in a task notification the reftext in the source is changed if a reference is used in the hyperlink text to display setting.
Resolution
Upgrade to Nintex Workflow 2013 version 3.2.3.0 or newer; or Nintex Workflow 2010 version 2.5.3.0 or newer.

This is a known bug that has been resolved.
