When using the Print to PDF feature, message “converting to pdf” appears but no PDF's are generated.

Resolution

On Windows Server where group policies are rolled out and active, please ensure that the User or Service Account that is responsible for this Service is a member of a local group that has the Permission ‘Replace a process level token’.
