Print to PDF Does Not Generate a PDF

ISSUE

When attempting to convert a Nintex form to a PDF, the modal window either never appears or briefly appears and disappears without successfully converting the form.

RESOLUTION

Ensure the affected user account has a minimum of Read access at the root level site. If using a Custom Master page or custom CSS, create a site with a default master page and default CSS.
