Issue
The Nintex Licensing team have renewed the subscription for Document Generation but the usage does not update in the Document Generation action for Nintex Workflow on-premise.
Resolution
Check the Nintex Workflow license is also valid because if it has expired the subscription usage will not update.
Additional Information
After a valid license has been imported please wait 15 minutes for the Application Pool to recycle and pick up the new license or perform an IISReset.
