Issue
When attempting to run NWAdmin.exe -o UpdateContentDatabaseParameters, the operation is not recognized.
Resolution
Update to at least Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2013 version 3.1.10.0 or Nintex for SharePoint 2016 version 4.0.1.0.
Additional Information
The UpdateContentDatabaseParameters operation was introduced in the November 2016 release of Nintex Workflow and is listed in the release notes as the following enhancement:
"Allow additional connection string parameters for Nintex Content Databases e.g configure SQL Server 2012 as AlwaysOn"
