ISSUE
When attempting to deploy the "nintexworkflow2013.wsp" solution to the Central Administration web application in a multi-server farm, the deployment fails without error.RESOLUTION
- Check the URL of the Central Administration web application for the server name of the primary Central Administration server.
- Navigate to Central Administration > Manage Servers in this farm.
- Start the Central Administration services on the server referenced in the URL of the Central Administration web application
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue occurs when Central Administration site has been configured to multiple servers in the farm but the Central Administration service has been turned off on the primary server
