Nintex workflow Start Service and Nintex Connector Workflow Queue Services are not Starting on a new server that has been added to the farm

The service is installing as a local service and changing the account details to a service account still does not start the services correctly 

From Central Administration navigate to Nintex Administration >  External settings for Workflow. Disable the Enable prerequisite service and then enable the Enable prerequisite service again
