Nintex Workflow action missing after upgrade the Nintex Form only

Issue

After upgrading the Nintex Form to the latest version (2.11.4.0), whilst the Nintex Workflow is an older version (3.3.0.0), the Nintex Workflow action is missing from the designer. 

 

Resolution

Upgrade Nintex Workflows to the latest version (3.3.1.0).
