Nintex Live Relay Service Link No Longer Works

Issue

When attempting to access Nintex Live forms, the link no longer works.

Resolution

Recreate the link by:

1. Open the form in Workflow Designer.
2. Click on the Live Settings button on the Ribbon.
3. Deselect the "Publish to Live Forms" option.
4. Close the Live settings window.
5. Save and Publish the form.
6. Repeat Steps 1-5, enabling the "Publish to Live Forms" option in Step 3.
