Issue
When using Document Generation in Nintex Workflow, the workflow may stuck on the status In-progress.
Resolution
Navigate to Central Administration > Nintex Administration > External settings for Workflow
- Deactivate and Enable prerequisite service
- Activate Document Generation capability
