Issue
When there are multiple Web Applications>Site Collections in a Farm, the My Workflow Tasks webpart does not show all task information from different Web apps with the farm. It only returns the Workflow name and not Item, Status, Waiting Since, Approver, Current Action
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in the latest version of Nintex Workflows (September 2017)
