Multi-Select Controls Generate Extra Space on Form at Runtime

Issue

When using several Multi-Select controls next to one another on a form design, they will create undesirable white spaces on the form at runtime.

Resolution

1. Within the Forms designer, expand the Multi-Select control so that it shows all of the options available within the control.
2. Republish the form.
