The mobile Safari browser, on iOS devices, crashes when an image is uploaded via Nintex Forms
Resolution
This is a known issue with the Safari mobile browser, on iOS devices
The default SharePoint form disables the ability to use the file attachment function, however this should be fixed in the latest iOS update (November 2017 and onwards)
