Live Action Authorization Email Not Retaining "Always Allow" Selection

Issue

When receiving an authorization email, the recipient is directed to authorize Nintex to use the desired service. After selecting the "Always Allow" option, the recipient continues to receive an email every time the workflow is run.

 

Resolution

Attempt the authorization in another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
