When using Lazy approval in Office 365, random characters appear in the email subject line. For example: Subject:CCCHUIUDJ#
Resolution
This is by design when using Lazy approval.
Additional Information
These characters are the LazyApproval Token.
The <characters># string is used for routing to send the response. Every email will have different values that are automatically generated.
