Found this error in the SharePoint Logs after migrating to Nintex 2019.
The Execute method of job definition Nintex.Administration.Common.ConsumptionLicensingJob.NintexSynchronization (ID 5932957c-5f93-40f2-9fa1-1adc7658805c) threw an exception. Solution
1) Go to Nintex Workflow Hidden Library http://SiteURL/NintexWorkflows/Forms/AllItems.aspx 2) Remove Nintex Workflow for Project Server 2013
