Error "Unauthorized attempt to update approval task by DOMAINUsername" in LazyApproval Email

ISSUE

After sending a reply to a LazyApproval email request, an email with the following error might be received:

RESOLUTION

Ensure that each web front end (WFE) server on the farm that might be used to process emails for the LazyApproval workflow is running all of the following services.

• Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application
• Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Workflow Timer Service
• SMTP

In addition, ensure that Nintex Workflow DLLs are registered in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC).
