Issue
When provisioning a mailbox with a Nintex action in Microsoft Exchange, one of the following errors might occur:
Unable to load address module 'C:Program FilesMicrosoftExchange ServerV14MailboxaddressSMTPAMD64inp
Or:
Unable to generate the e-mail address.
Unable to load address module 'C:Program FilesMicrosoftExchange ServerV14MailboxaddressSMTPAMD64inp
Or:
Unable to generate the e-mail address.
Resolution
Check the rights that the application pool account of the Exchange Connector Service Application has to Exchange. It should be a member of the below Security Groups:
- Exchange Organization
- Administrators
- Local Administrators
- Local IIS_WPG
