ISSUE
When accessing forms or workflow designer, the following error might occur:  

This server is not licensed. The server name is <server name>.
ERROR CODE
RESOLUTION
If the server name mentioned in the error message is part of the Network Load Balancer then the server will need to be added to the Nintex Forms licence file.
